Saying Good-bye and Busch Gardens

This morning we said good-bye to Mom and Dad. It has been nice having them here these past couple of weeks. They have been a real big help to Nicole and Dave. During the week they stayed in town to be closer to them and on the weekends they came out to our place to visit with us. We will definitely miss them. Thank you so much for coming, Mom and Dad, and all your help, we really appreciate it!

Nicole wanted to go to Busch Gardens this weekend since it was the last weekend before school starts. Kylie and Haylee's preschool passes expire this weekend so we decided to go. I didn't want to go on Saturday, Sunday or Monday because I knew it would be packed being Labor Day weekend and the last weekend before school starts so I decided to take off work today and go. Kimberly has been under the weather with an abscessed tooth so she decided not to go. We decided to bring Kylie with us so we let Kylie and Haylee spend the night so Nicole only had to worry about getting the boys ready. We met her at our normal location and Nicole and the boys rode with us. Jeff ended up sitting in the very back between the girls so the boys had the middle cabin chairs and Nicole was up front with me. Now that our family is growing we really won't be able to go in one vehicle anymore. We got to Busch Gardens about an hour after they opened and stayed till around 6:00, they closed at 7:00. I'm surprised we lasted that long or should I say Nicole lasted that long. We did take a lot of breaks so she could rest and the babies could eat. On the way home we decided to stop at Cracker Barrel for dinner as the boys were getting fussy and needed to eat. It ended up being a long day but we had fun on our last visit to Busch Gardens for the year. Till next year, Busch Gardens!

  1. Yep and actually Nicole took it. I figured we had enough pics from BG this year.
