Nicole and Noah were released from the hospital; however, Jackson had to stay. They had moved him to a regular bed to see if he can maintain his temperature on his own and he has to do that for 24 hours before he can be released. His blood sugar is now where it should be. Since Nicole is breastfeeding the babies they wanted to see if they would be able to get a one night courtesy stay. They weren't granted the courtesy stay even though there were rooms available. They then checked with Guest Services but those room are only available to people who live out of state which Nicole and Dave don't. So Dave decided to get a hotel room close to the hospital so they could run back in forth to feed Jackson every three hours. It was decided that I would spend the night too so I could watch Noah while they go to the hospital. When Kimberly got to the hotel, Jeff and I left to go meet Terrisa, Ashleigh, Reese and Haylee for dinner at Applebee's. Then I went home to grab some clothes then headed back to the hotel for the night.
Today, Haylee spent the day with Terrisa, Ashleigh and Reese which was a big help to me. I didn't have to rush home to get her before Jeff left for work at noon. They went to Knotts Island via the ferry for a little bit before they dropped her off at Kimberly's for a nap.
We were at the hospital around 11:00 and found out that Jackson was going to be released around 1:30 or so. Praise God!
good morning, Noah
Jackson
